What to do

  1. put sliced onion, tomato, lemon and minced garlic in the fish belly
  2. Cover it with olive oil, salt, pepper, parsley, minced garlic
  3. slice the skin in some places and stuff some onion and garlic
  4. Bake at 355 degrees F / 170 C
  5. bake for ~35 minutes
